Guidance & Support
Our Guidance and Support panel is made up of professionals from different agencies and has representation from all schools within Horsforth. The aim of the meetings is to look at how we can best support our families and decide which cluster resources to allocate to ensure successful positive outcomes for everyone. We make these decisions based on all the information that we received from the referrer and schools.
Our Guidance and Support meetings are held on a monthly basis during the school term and are confidential.
To make a referral for consideration at our G&S meetings please follow the referral process below. Please be aware that our support is specifically for children, young people and families who live or attend school within the Horsforth Cluster.
Please note we are unable to accept referrals without the correct paperwork, so please contact us if you have any questions. Referrals submitted after the submission deadline will be carried over to the next meeting.
