Horsforth Children’s Services believes that by giving our children and young people time and space to play, it allows them the oppurtunity to meet and socialise with their friends, keeps them physically active and gives them the freedom to choose what they want to do.
We understand that play is an important part of every child’s life and is vital for the enjoyment of childhood as well as social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.
Horsforth Children’s Service offer a wide variety of trips and activities during school holidays which are open to all children, young people and families who either live or attend school in the Horsforth Cluster. If your child has any additional requirements in order to be able to participate fully in any of our trips or activities please contact us.
We would advise you to book as early as possible ideally in term time as during school holidays staff are only in the office for activities which can unfortunately result in a delay responding to any enquiries.
Payment and completion of a booking form (which can be found in the what’s on section of the website) is required in advance of the activity to confirm your place. (Places can be reserved for a maximum off 3 days to allow payments to be made)
Please do not assume a place has been allocated or make a payment until you recieve confirmation.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque payable to Horsforth Children’s Services or bank transfer; Account Name: Horsforth Children’s Services Account Number:36263826 Sort Code: 05−00−85 Please make sure you put your child’s surname and activities as the reference.
Please be aware should you wish to take part on any of our trips or activities we will process your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) in order to provide a service for you and your family. Your consent for this will be obtained through our Registration and booking form. We cannot provide this service without the information.
